Think Visibility: Advanced Analytics Slides

As promised below are my slides from my talk at Think Visibility on Advanced Analytics including advanced segmentation in Google Analytics. Thanks to all those who came to watch – I hope you enjoyed it and found it useful. If you have any questions about it at all or any feedback (both positive and negative appreciated!) feel free to drop me a line.

Several of you expressed an interest in some analytics posts with hints and tips to help you analyse your website statistics so I will schedule some of those posts shortly.     Two things I didn’t get –

    “Don’t pay for traffic you rightly deserve” – Does that mean you should nt bid on your own brand name? Surely you will leak traffic to competitors this way?

    And….

    “Target those early in the buying cycle” – surely you want to target those LATER in the buying cycle, as they are about to convert? For example someone who queries “Nokia 8210 on Orange” as opposed to someone who queries “Mobile Phone”?
